Signed Concession Agreement with the Government of Lao PDR for development of the Gold Mine Project located in Khamkeut District, Bolikhamxay Province.
2010 :
Coal Mine Project
Signed Concession Agreement with the Government of Lao PDR for development of the Coal Mine Project located in Xekong and Salavan Provinces respectively.
2016 :
Xekong Coal-Fired Power Plant Project
Signed Heads of Agreement (HOA) with the Government of Lao PDR for development of the Xekong Coal-Fired Power Plant Project.
Tariff MOU
Signed the Tariff MOU with Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT) for the Nam Theun 1 Hydropower Project
Concession Agreement
Signed Concession Agreement with the Government of Lao PDR for the NamTheun 1 Hydropower Project.

Power Purchase Agreement (PPA)
Signed Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT) for sale of power from the Nam Theun 1 Hydropower Project.

Signed Concession Agreement with the Government of Lao PDR for the sale of power from the Xekong Thermal Power Plant Project.
2023 :
Memorandum of Agreement (MOA)
Signed Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with Electricité du Laos (EDL) for the sale of power from a 300 MW Power Plant Project.
